Pima Air Museum
The Pima Air and Space Museum is located in Tucson, just a short drive from Oro Valley. This museum is dedicated to the entire history of flight, ranging from early aircraft through modern spacecraft and more. You can also take a bus tour out to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) from the museum and explore the “boneyard.”
Tucson Museum of Art
The Tucson Museum of Art and Historic Block is located in the heart of downtown Tucson, which can be reached with relative ease from Oro Valley. This museum offers an incredible number of permanent exhibits, such as the Art of the American West, the Art of Latin America, Modern and Contemporary Art, Rare Books and Manuscripts and numerous others.
